Artemis Dice Company began as a way to stay close to the greatest adventure of my life: becoming a mom.
After seven years of waiting for our rainbow daughter, Artemis, to arrive, I knew I didn’t want to lose a moment with her. So I started a tiny dice shop — a little side quest where I could blend my love of fantasy with the freedom to stay home and build something magical.
What started as a handful of handmade dice quickly grew into a thriving small business — a creative haven full of nerdy sparkle, cozy chaos, and the most encouraging, passionate community I could have imagined. Many of the dice are inspired by books I love, characters I admire, and adventures still unwritten. Somewhere along the way, this incredible community reminded me that I had my own story to tell.
That spark led to my debut novel — a high-fantasy middle-grade adventure filled with danger, friendship, and magic. It’s the kind of book I would have devoured as a kid. The kind I hope you’ll want to get lost in, too.
